This is my own home in Basford. It has two double rooms and one box room. It's fully furnished with all the usual conveniences. If you are looking for a space of your own with no other lodger then I may be able to negotiate on the rent. Otherwise its ideally suited to two friends looking to rent a place together. I can be fairly flexible for the right people. It's close to the tram and yellow bus line so easy transport links to town. There's a small decked yard out the back and a rather overgrown garden too.
