Clean and Tidy housemate wanted

The house is fully detatched with a backgarden and off street parking, it has 3 bathrooms (1 upstairs, 1 downstairs, 1 en suite), kitchen/diner with gas cooker/oven, fridge freezer, kettle and every cooking utensil imaginable) There is also a washing machine, ironing board and iron.

Back garden has a clothes line and is completely secluded by a wooden fence.

The living room has a plasma screen tv, sky tv (package), wifi throughout house, PS3, sofas and a massive table for working in the evenings.

Bedroom has a double bed, and two windows (one roof/ one wall), chest of drawers.

This is an excellent Houseshare, everyone gets on we'll and we all chip in with cooking and cleaning. We are very sociable and we frequently go out together which is nice especially for anyone new who moves in.
