We have a single room in our friendly house in Basford available now.

The room is neutrally decorated and furnished with a single bed, drawers and wardrobe (although any furniture not required can be removed). There is a TV aerial point in the room. It may suit someone who is looking for Monday-Friday accommodation for work. It has a lovely outlook onto the park at the back of the house.

Communal wireless broadband is available and there is Freeview television in the communal living room. There is also a separate dining room so plenty of communal living space. The house has a nice kitchen, newly decorated bathroom, outdoor patio area and a good standard of decor which we regularly maintain. The property backs onto a park and there is on-street parking available.

Rent includes all bills - gas, electricity, broadband, TV licence, water, council tax and 24hr central heating cover.

There is currently one professional female and one professional male living in the property. We are 'live-out' landlords but pride ourselves on being available when our tenants need us. The current tenants are looking for someone who is clean and tidy.

The house is only ten minutes walk to the City Hospital, less than 2 minutes to the ring road for easy access to A60 and less than ten minutes drive to the M1 or the City Centre. Also easy access to the QMC via the MediLink bus.

It's a short walk (3 mins) to the nearest tram stop where you can travel to Hucknall or the City centre so is ideal for anyone studying or working anywhere close to the tram routes. It's a 12 minute journey into the town centre.

The house has several local amenities including a Tesco express around the corner, a Sainsbury's store, local corner shop, chip shop, etc.
