Hello,

I have the choice a double rooms available. The house is situated 2 mins walk from Vernon Park and 15 mins travel from the city centre of Nottingham (by tram), 10 mins walk from City Hospital. On street parking which is a no through road so very secure.

Newly renovated and equipped with new kitchen, HD TV, fridge freezer and washing machine, all pots pans...etc.
I work in London and only back the odd weekend so you will pretty much have the house to yourself.
Available room is Room 2 below.
Room 1

2nd Floor with Antique Double bed, Newly decorated with new carpet and double wardrobe. Situated at the front of the house and gets afternoon sun

Room 2

2nd Floor, slightly smaller double room with Antique Double bed, new wardrobe and carpet, back of the house and gets the morning sunshine.

The room price is inclusive of Council Tax, Water, Electric, TV Licence, BT TV + BT Sport, broadband/WIFI.

The house has been restored with a Victorian feel but with all modern amenities so if you prefer a little character to an Ikea home this might be of interest to you.
