This is a lovely house and i am very easy going however please no time wasters. I will guarantee you will fall in love with the house as it is a lovely bright home and is very peaceful and relaxing and has lots of space. The location is only 10 mins drive from city centre of nottingham and only 5 min walk to centre of arnold which has a wide selection of bars and restaurants inc banks and supermarkets, there is also a leisure centre a short walk away, bus routes to city centre are very good and every
10 mins.
Please note although i smoke and i do not mind smokers smoking is only allowed outside the property, there is no smoking in the house at all.
