Well appointed bedroom in semi-detached modern house in Ruddington, Nottingham for long or short-term stay. Use of all facilities in house. Close proximity to Nottingham University (and in particular Clifton Campus), Queens Medical Centre, and city centre. Excellent public transport links. House is occupied by mother and son. We are looking for someone who would like to rent a room in a comfortable, friendly home, either for a few weeks or months (depending on circumstances). We would expect the person staying with us to be respectful, polite and considerate in our property and to keep reasonable timings in respect of entering and leaving the house. No smokers please.
