A good sized double room in a two bed apartment. Well kept, fully furnished. The spare room has a single bed, desk, sofa, wardrobe and book case.
Located in Ruddington, a quiet location with lots of buses into Nottingham. Very frequent services, 10-15 minute bus ride. 5-10 minute drive to town. No designated parking space for a second car (I have one in the allocated space) but there is plenty of space around the quiet, residential area.
I'm looking for a lodger and I am flexible on rent and length of tenancy.
