Shared house with double room.

As a busy professional homeowner in a loved home, I would wish to share with the right considerate person. With an in and out lifestyle it's plenty big enough to share.

Just eight minutes from EMA and two minutes to the A52 and M1 my home has a great location. Local amenities, street parking and an i4 bus stop opposite q which does to Notts or Derby, it is a perfect location for access.

I am flexible for odd nights for airport staff or block renting is possible for a professional. We have to share the house with a dog and weekend guinea pigs, proving that this rental is a home not a room. Furnished with sofa bed and cupboards for storage this makes for a great pad.

Myself, I'm looking to share with someone that can fit around my lifestyle. I'm happy to share cooking and the TV but also appreciate my own space. Mr Dog will love anyone once he knows them and the guinea pigs live outside. Someone that doesn't want to bring friends back too often would be ideal otherwise it would be crowded as my friends come and go a bit too.
