Come live with a friendly person!

I've recently purchased my first house and am finding that I'm a people person and don't like having a completely empty house so I'm looking for a lodger. Your room is freshly decorated although I'd like you to feel at home in the house and not confined to your room! The lounge is for lounging in and the kitchen is for cooking, chatting and eating! There is a utility room with dishwasher and washing machine. There is a driveway with gardens front and rear. I plan to turn the front lawn into more parking area in the near future.
The house is situated in a quiet village with views over fields and is less than 10 minutes from junction 27 of the M1

I'm an animal person so I don't mind pets - My mum's GSD Bruce may come to stay on occasion if you're a dog friendly person. Unfortunately I'm allergic to cats though so until I can find a way around that no cats please :(

I am currently in the process of redecorating the house and aim to have it decorated before you move in.
