This a spacious and nicely furnished 3 bedroom house in Sherwood which currently has one tenant (female) living in it.

The house is on a nice quiet street in Sherwood, just off Hucknall Road, which provides easy access into Nottingham City Centre (10 min bus/drive). There is a bus stop less than 150 yards from my front door. My house is also very close to the City Hospital.

I (Landlord) do not live at the property but I am looking for anyone who is friendly, respectful and reasonably tidy (profesional to rent the second bedroom. You will have the use of your own good-sized double bedroom which is furnished with a new double bed and large triple wardrobe.

The rent of £350pcm includes all utility bills, broadband and the use of all kitchen utensils etc.

The current tenant will be the only person sharing the house with you and you will share the use of kitchen which includes a cooker, hobs, fridge-freezer and lots of cupboard space. You will also have the use of the large living/dining room. You can park your car off-street.
