We are a friendly down to earth couple looking to share with professional or international student. It's a great location, 5mins drive or 10mins bus from the city centre with loads of amenities in walking distance (including a gem of a real ale pub)There is parking directly outside our house which is in a cul-de-sac.

We have lived in shared houses for many years and enjoy meeting new people, we are easy to get along with and are not messy nor hyperclean.
The house is warm, cosy yet spacious. :-)

We have just had a dog, very well trained and certainly doesnt dominate the house. But any potential housemates must like dogs!
