I rent out two fully furnished double rooms, on different floors, in my beautiful, warm, high quality home. One room is taken by a female professional and the other ground floor room is available from January 2015 on a Monday to Friday basis. Sorry no night shift workers please!

There is a car parking space directly outside the house, as this is private no through crescent. This room would suit a professional who likes to live in a calm, friendly house during the week and returns home at the weekend.

There is a dryer, dishwasher, microwave, Wi Fi and laminate floors throughout. The mattress is brand new and not yet been slept on! Bedding and towels can be provided. The dining room can also be used as an office.

All bills are included so nothing extra to pay. As of 2/12/14 tthis room is still available.

My home is opposite Woodthorpe Park (which is a very large park, suitable for those of you who run) and walking distance to local shops in both Sherwood and Mapperley and major bus routes and roads into the City and out of Nottingham.

£200 deposit required.
