Double bedroom room to rent in Carrington area.

I am looking for a male or female flat mate for my first floor 2 bed flat. The room available is double size furnished with a double bed, a desk and chair, and a fitted wardrobe (unlike the photo). The bathroom has a bath, a shower, and a heated towel rail. The remainder of the flat is open plan: the kitchen is fully functional with a 4 ringed hob, oven and grill, a fridge freezer, and a washing machine. If you are a smoker you will have to go outside, the landlord requests no smoking in the flat. The rent includes all bills, including broadband, and should these costs alter the rent will be adjusted accordingly. I am a friendly and sociable person and I am seeking a likewise person.
