Large double bedroom in 3 bed semi detached house, shared with 2 other people, we are a couple.
We have broad band, Virgin media and sky sports. We have off road parking and a large garden and terrace to the rear of the property (great for bbqs)
Our house is 10 minutes walk to Sherwood High Street and a 5 minute bus to Nottingham Centre. The house is located between the A60 and ring road around Nottingham. 15 minute drive and you are on the motorway.
There are many local supermarkets, shops, pubs and restaurants near by.
The room is situated at the back of the property and is fully furnished.
We are both young professionals who enjoy socialising, going out and going away for weekends.
We are looking for a student at city hospital (10 minute walk) or another young professional like ourselves
