The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, including microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer.
Separate dining room/front room/ second living room with original wooden floor boards and space to bring own furniture if desired.
Cozy living room with wood burning stove, comfy sofas, fibre optic broadband included. Patio doors lead out to a private 2 tiered garden with patio and patio furniture.

Looking for a friendly, clean and tidy person. Will consider well behaved pets that get on with other dogs. I don’t have pets but occasionally look after my then for my family.

A deposit of one months rent is required.
