To be paid in advance on the 1st day of each month.
Rent for accommodation is to include gas, electric, water, council tax, telephone line rental (calls excluded), Internet use (no-hardware).
Exclusive use and responsibility of the First floor, Part-Furnished, Master Bedroom.
Communal use and responsibility of the Bathroom, Stairway, Kitchen, Dinning Room, Sitting Room and Rear Garden.
