Double Room In Nice Warm Home

Its a very quiet and clean home with just myself living here.
Very fast wireless internet.
Its a warm house with heating and double glazed windows.
it is away from the main road and its right at the top of the street so it is very quiet here.
Very close to city center with bus at the bottom of the road which comes every 10 minutes, but only takes 10 minutes to walk, and only 15 minutes walk too the train station.

The neighbors on one side at are very nice and understanding they are both in their 70s.

No deposit required, just the first months rent in advance. Room is furnished Window cleaner comes every three weeks and cleaner comes every two weeks.

About me:
it is important we get along.....

I work most of the time and like to have a drink in the local pub.
I like to cook, and there is a lovely kitchen with everything to do so and a dishwasher if you don't like doing pots . Also have a fair size back garden with a seating area and fire pit. And it gets the sun up until 8 at night in the summer.

I like to entertain friends from time to time if its BBQ or cooking in the kitchen, but it is mostly a quiet home. I also like baking my own bread. In the daytime I will be at work and on the nights I am mostly in the gym or down the pub. as you do.

I watch all of my T. V over the internet in box sets (breaking bad, game of thrones, american horror story, better call saul) just to name a few.

I like self time the same as most people
