The house underwent a full refurbishment in 2014 and had a new kitchen, bathroom with electric shower, new flooring throughout.

The kitchen contains a washing machine, utensils, crockery and cooking equipment.

In the lounge there is a 32 inch flat-screen with cable TV and 2 Ikea sofas. 30 Megabit WiFi covers the whole house.

All bills, utilities and council tax are included in the monthly rent as well as a weekly cleaner for the communal areas.

The current housemates are working young professionals. They are looking for a mature student or young professional to become part of the household rather than just using the house as a hotel.
