2 double bedrooms available to rent in a large Semi-detached house. It is fully furnished, newly decorated and in a convenient location. It is a 15 minute walk from the City Centre, the bus stop is right outside the house and there are lots of shops around.

The rent is all inclusive-it includes council tax, electricity, gas, water, 50mb fibre optic broadband, phone and a window cleaner.

The kitchen is fully equipped with two fridges and two freezers, washing machine, dryer, microwave, oven, blender and a new slow/pressure cooker.

There is also a spacious, locked back yard which will be great as a little beer garden in the Summer. It Is also big enough to fit a couple of cars in.

I am a 25 year old Teaching assistant from Nottingham. I enjoy going out with friends, but also love staying in with some good food and a good film. It would be great to find 2 more like minded young professionals that are friendly, clean and considerate so that this place is a nice home for all.
