Large Double With Bathroom And Spare Room

Hi, I'm Sam and I live with my partner in a large 4 bed house in Chilwell, i'm easy going, clean, sociable guy, like to go out, quad bike n rock climb when i get chance to, anyways I've decided to rent out one of the rooms, a double on the 2nd floor, however I will also include with the room your own personal bathroom with shower and bath.

The ground floor has a large kitchen with dining table, large living room, downstairs loo, small garden outside with BBQ

The 1st floor has the double room I am offering to rent (9x13 foot), another double spare bedroom (9x13 foot) with xbox, ps3, wii etc. Also on this floor is your own bathroom with bath and shower, and a small single bedroom We can use for laundry, ironing etc.

The top floor has my bedroom and my own en-suit, hence me not using the other bathroom on 1st floor.

There is a garage out back that you can put a bike in, nothing any bigger though as it currently has my quad bikes in.

The bedroom that i'm offering is a gd size, has no furniture.

I have bt 50mb fiber optic braudband with unlimited usage. I also have a huge selection of dvd's n films (i literally have everything, any film or tv show) that your welcome to use. I have a pair of cleaners come every fortnight to give the whole house a good once over.

In the local area there is a very nice pub (the cornmill) 2mins walk away. there's a huge tesco round the corner and a mcdonalds round the other corner should you fancy it. the bus route runs from outside the cornmill to either notts or derby via the 'rainbow five' if you don't have a car, if you do have a car theres parking and it takes me about 10-13mins to get to the m1 in the morning via the a52. The new tram has also opened now, its about a 20min walk away but very handy if u have car or bike as its a park and ride.
