"We are looking for a female housemate for our sociable house share in the really great location of Lady Bay.

We spend a fair bit of time together, often watching telly and having takeaway and board game evenings. Our housemate is sadly leaving us so we are looking for new housemate that will fit in well and is looking for a sociable set-up.

The bedroom comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers.

The house is homely and spacious with one bathroom (shower over bath) and a separate toilet, a kitchen with lots of storage (including a pantry), large living room/diner, and a large garden (with a pond!)

There’s free on-street parking throughout Lady Bay and you’ll rarely struggle to park nearby.

The room is £380. Council Tax, water and TV license are included in the rent, and bills for gas, electricity and internet (BT fibre) are shared.

Lady Bay is a fantastic area, near enough to walk into the city, or go for a walk by the river and enjoy the countryside. Some perks are:

- A Co-op supermarket
- A regular bus stop which gets you into the city centre in 15 mins
- Handy local businesses including a post office, pharmacy, hairdressers, fish and chip shop, Indian takeaway, corner shop, family-run café, two lovely pubs and more
