Lovely room in large West Bridgford home

we have a lovely room available in our West Bridgford home.

It is a Large double room on the top floor. It is furnished with shelves, desk, drawers, double bed and a walk in wardrobe.

The cost of the rent includes all bills and utilities so there are no hidden costs. Council tax is included along with internet, water etc.

We have a large kitchen and shared living area. The garden is massive and is a real selling point. Two toilets, bath and shower. We have an outhouse with washing machine and dryer. So basically we have everything you could need.

More importantly we are all very friendly and hard working housemates. You have my girlfriend and I who both work in busy bars but don't worry we don't bring our work home. We also have a music teacher and a restaurant manager in the house. So as you can imagine we all spend a lot of time at work. When we are at home I like to cook a lot and I love music. I often spend my days off in the kitchen and then sit back and reap the rewards in front of the tv or my record player.

We are a very friendly group and we like to keep the house nice and tidy. So the ideal housemates would be clean and tidy and respect eachother along with having a great personality and a passion for similar things.
