The housemates share the main bathroom and a second shower room with rain shower (there is also a 3rd shower room but this is the private ensuite off the master bedroom). There's a separate lounge with bay window and BT broadband. The house is kept toasty warm with double glazing throughout, instant hot water and gas central heating (included in rent). It is continually refurbished and well maintained & decorated throughout. It is a lovely sized house, and there is plenty of space for everyone.


The bedroom is fully furnished, with plenty of space to add a desk. It is at the rear of the property, with French doors out onto the garden. It will be available from late August.
This is NOT a student party style house share, nor is it bed sitty, it is really homely & is kept clean and tidy & would suit someone who is friendly and sociable, but who is also respectful of others. The other housemates are all young professionals who enjoy socialising together but are all really considerate of each other. Most tenants stay several years and even when they do move on usually remain good friends with the remainder of the housemates.

Rents on this room is £650pcm. This is fully inclusive of all bills (gas, water, elec, council tax, broadband, gardening). There are no contract fees or hidden charges. The room is available from late august.

There is a second room available at the end of September. This is the master en-suite room, and it is £795pcm.
