Room to let in West Bridgford

Hi,

I’m looking for a friendly and tidy flat mate to move into a fully furnished gorgeous 2 bed house in West Bridgford, 5 mins from the Central Avenue.

I am a professional, friendly tide female aged 26 looking for someone like minded and easy to live with.

I like socialising and having friends round, so it would be great to have someone that would be happy chatting and hanging out with people. If they’re up for a glass of wine/ cup of coffee in West Bridgford every now and again that wouldn’t be bad either!

I don’t have any pets, but would be happy to consider people with a dog for this room, I’d just have to meet you both first. There is a reasonable size back garden for them to run around in.

The room comes with a double bed, double wardrobe and drawers, and I’m happy for you to put some of your own stuff in too. The house also has a lovely lounge, conservatory and kitchen. There’s off road parking at the front and I have very nice neighbours. There’s also a very big garden which I keep neat but that’s about it, so if anyone was into gardening/ growing fruit and veg they’d be welcome to a corner!

This is available from the beginning of July. The rent is £550 including all bills and wifi and a £400 deposit is required.
