Double bedroom in central West Bridgford location
I'm looking for a new housemate. I've been living in the house for nearly two years, but my housemate is moving out to live with her boyfriend. The house is a 5 minute walk from the centre of west bridgford, and 2 minutes walk from the bus to go into town. It's furnished and has a garden. Theres also on street parking.
The room is £288 a month, and bills work out at about £100 a month.
The room can be furnished, although the only thing missing is a bed. I can try and sort this out though if you are unable to bring one with you!
I'm looking for a professional working person - no students im afraid.
I'm pretty laid back about everything, I like a tidy house but not OCD, I generally go out once over the weekend, and mainly chillout during the week. I also have a pet bunny rabbit called daisy - she lives outside.
I do smoke, but not in the house.
