We have 7 brand new rooms, never lived in available. All rooms have high quality brand new furniture, including double bed and high quality mattress for a great nights sleep, double wardrobe, chest of drawers and a bed side cabinet. TV points in all the rooms for free view and fantastic wi-fi connection with our expensive ultra broadband package.

*** THE HOUSE ***
The house has a brand new high quality kitchen installed in a sociable communing kitchen/living room, complete with a double oven and double hob, two large fridge/freezers, microwave, kettle and toaster, all brand new. The living area has comfy sofas, HD 42" flat screen TV with freeview perfect for relaxing after a busy day at work! There are 2 brand new bathrooms with bath suite and high powered electric showers. The whole house has ultra fast wireless broadband where you can stream videos easily from any of the rooms. Bills are all inclusive in the price so you wont be hit with any surprises. This also includes a cleaner twice a month.

There is also patio garden which is great for the long summer evenings while the sun is shining especially for BBQs and drinks.

We are young professionals ourselves and have lived in many house shares so we understand the importance of a friendly group who all get on. We pride ourselves on this and as a result a house share with us is not just a place to sleep but and home with a new family. We only let our rooms out to people we would happily live with ourselves :).

there is a great local free-house opposite for good food and chilling out. There are plenty of trendy bars, cafes and coffee shops all within walking distance. Easy access into the city centre of Nottingham with regular buses. 5 minutes by car and 25 minutes walk. And if you just want to relax there is the Bridgford Park for walks, jogging and picnics.
