Let me introduce myself...

I am Jack, I'm 27 and I'm a professional working in Nottingham. I work very hard, but I also enjoy nights out with friends and socialising as much as possible.

I currently live on my own in a spacious flat but am looking to buddy up with the right person to share this lovely place to save some money - living on your own is more expensive than I thought!

Here is as much info as I can think of about the flat:

2 Double Bedrooms (Smaller one is the available one)
Separate Toilet Bath/Shower
Large Lounge (Big TV, Big Sofa/Sofa Bed)
Large Kitchen (With Washing Machine)
On Street Parking (Can park pretty much anywhere)
Communal Garden Front & Back
Fully Furnished (No furnishings in the spare room - I can get a bed if needs be)

About living with me:

I am super clean and tidy (If you leave a mess, I expect it to be cleaned up so I don't have to). I look after my things I love to cook (So you can enjoy my dishes!) I enjoy nights in watching films, or nights out having fun with friends. I like to keep the house warm.

Clean and tidy person
Professional (No students please or unemployed).
No pets No children Smokers welcome, but must smoke outside (I enjoy a smoke now and again)
Sociable and laidback

If you fit the criteria I would love to speak to you. Obviously this is sharing a place so I would require references, and a meet up just to see if you're mental or not!

I require a months rent up-front incase any problems come up.

The only bills included are Council Tax & Broadband.

Gas, Electric & Water are all pay-as-you-go, so this would be something we discuss at the point of moving in.
