We are looking for a fourth housemate for our spacious house in Wilford. Currently there are two doctors and a surveyor living here. The house has easy access to town across the pedestrian bridge ( 20 minute walk) and to the A52. The room is unfurnished.
Bills are approximately £95 per month including Internet, council tax, water and gas and electricity.
We have just signed another 6 month contract.
