The house has a lounge/diner with sky plus, free broadband, large fully equipped kitchen/diner with dishwasher (incl pots, pans, cutlery, crockery etc - you wouldn't need to bring anything to cook), and utility room with washer and tumble dryer.

The location is ideal - Central Abingdon, only 2 minute walk to shops, restaurants, pubs and frequent bus services to Oxford but tucked away in a quiet development.

To be shared with a friendly professional 30-something female and a clean, house-trained, cat with the possibility of another lodger. The home is non-smoking.
