I have the chance of renting a colleague's nice flat in central Abingdon from the end of July and I'm looking for a possible flat mate. I'm well educated, sociable. I'm a bit of a political animal, love comedy, satire, film and music. I'm youthful (haha!) 50 year old professional, working in education and the arts, and I'm a musician too.
The flat is a duplex with 2 double bedrooms, and a large kitchen and lounge area.
Rent would be £475 pcm plus bills.
I'd prefer a female flatmate but would consider males if they have similar interests.
