Double room in social homely house

Double room available in beautifully done up house in Abingdon. It's 15 mins walk to central Abingdon, 5 mins walk to main bus stop and 5 mins walk to Fair Acres retail park and Tesco. Fully furnished house with Sky TV, broadband, washing machine, dishwasher and 2 bathrooms all available for use. Parking is available on the drive if needed.

Rent is £450 a month plus bills on top. These currently come to ~£150 a month.

I've lived in the house for nearly a year now and like to think I've made it pretty homely and nice to live in. I'm looking to rent out my spare room to a similar minded person who will hopefully treat the house as their home. I'm pretty sociable and like to go into Oxford or to the pubs in Abingdon pretty regularly, as well as sharing a bottle of wine at home with some good TV. I'm ideally looking for another female young professional in her twenties/early thirties who has similar interests.

The house has a west facing garden which is a bit of a sun trap in the summer, and whoever moves in is very welcome to use all the garden furniture (sun loungers, chimnea, BBQ), as well as sharing in the obligatory sunshine margaritas....

One thing to mention is that I do have a cat, so any new housemate would need to be OK with a well behaved cat around the place, and ideally be happy to give him a bit of attention now and then.
