Charming en suite loft conversion - double room

I have a double room (with en suite shower room)to let in my Edwardian terraced house in Abingdon. It has been recently decorated and is immaculately clean, bright and airy. It is also very private, being at the top of the house (three floors).

I am looking to let the room to a female non smoker, ideally a professional. I would like a short term let initially, but am willing to consider longer terms. The room is available from the 14th of September 2014.

I live in the house with my daughter. I am currently not working so would be around the house for most of the day.

There is a garden at the rear of the house but no off street parking. Any parking is on the roads around the property (I have lived here for five months and this has never been a problem).

There is a shared living room, kitchen and dining room, which the tenant would obviously have access to.

I have two cats, so further pets would not be suitable.

My house is a ten minute walk from the lively town centre and the rivers Ock and Thames. It is also minutes from the peace and tranquillity of Albert Park. There are bus routes nearby in to Oxford and it is four minutes to the A34.
