There is a good sized double room now available to rent. Monday to Thursday nights only - would suit someone who has just relocated who is looking for a base while they sort out permanent accommodation - short term on a week by week basis.

The house is located in north Abingdon, providing easy access to the A34 as well as local bus services towards Abingdon, Oxford and the surrounding areas.

The room is located at the back of the house, with a view across the garden. It is furnished with a double bed, bedside table. There are built-in wardrobes which offer ample storage.

The house has a comfortable living room with a wall-mounted TV, wooden floors, leather sofas, a dining area and patio doors providing access to the garden.

In the kitchen there's the usual: oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, appliances and utensils.

Within the rent, all bills are included (Council tax, gas, electricity, water, tv licence and broadband).

There's a cat and a little dog who live here too. They're no trouble and the dog doesn't go upstairs. They're both well behaved, house-trained and friendly.

The ideal housemate would be professional, clean and tidy, easy to get along with and used to living in a shared house, someone who had just relocated who doesn't want to get tied into a contract but needs a place for a week or two.
