There is also a built-in garage which can be used to store things you don't want to keep in the room and is also a great place to keep a bike. The area is quiet and peaceful.
Suit non-smoking working professional. Very short (1 minute) walk to main bus route into Oxford/Abingdon. 5-10 minutes walk to local shops.

This is a family home so the living room is not communal, however there is obviously full use of the kitchen. One main bathroom is shared and there is a small second bathroom downstairs.
