Hello. We currently have 1 double room to rent in our house. This bedroom has an en suite. You will have your own fridge and cupboard space. We have a son who is almost 21 months old and is very outgoing and quiet although he can have his noisy moments like all children do. We do need someone that is a quiet professional person and can be considerate in the evenings when our child is in bed at around 7: 30pm and before 6: 30am e. g cooking dinner before he goes to bed. We don't need a deposit but we are asking for a months rent up front.
