All male . The house is a 3 storey, 5 bedrooms but 1 has been converted into a soundproof room so there are 4 letting rooms, 2 Bathrooms, shared kitchen & living room. There is off road parking for 1 car and on street parking for 2. Outside area patio and stone. Broadband is available. All bills are included in the rent. Rooms are unfurnished.
