a small boxroom to rent suit more mature or quieter,, i repeat young ,,,professional if possible ,,, rent payable by ist of each month please MONTHLY , shared house one male housemate, WHO IS MY SON ,,outside parking,, room recently decorated smoking allowed outside washing machine ,broadband, and all bills included will preferably no party goers or ravers. drinkers,, this room can cheaper as it's more of a carer I need as I'm disabled ...meals. washing ..ironing. cleaning to be done but not 24/7
Just odd hours as and when viewing of room is advised,, fairly quiet household and all of us are amiable ,,,key provided deposit 60 quid no contract or lease but common courtesy in both parties i. e notice to be given room can be 30 it can be 60 depends on household help please think. before applying most applicant don't read this fully and end up unsuitable this is all negotiable got the right person No males please as this is a carers job mostly ..so suit female who works short hours ..plus I've had males in the past and nothing buy hassle...not saying all males are like it but I now have had a bad experience
