The housemates here are all sociable, respectful professionals who have moved to the area with their work.

- The room has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet, Freeview TV outlet and an ethernet broadband connection.

- A spacious two storey house in a quiet residential location off the Broughton Road in Banbury, with a lovely bright kitchen and living area. Recent full refurbishment, with sunny patio and some off-road parking.

- Fully furnished with shared kitchen and dining/lounge areas, high speed broadband/WiFi, widescreen smart TV, Blu-Ray DVD player. Modern kitchen with dishwasher, two ovens, two hobs, microwave, two fridge freezers and plenty of food storage.

- Weekly cleaner service for communal areas.

- Rent includes all bills.

- Banbury town centre by foot in 25 minutes, or via either 50A/B7/B5 bus routes. M40 junction is a 10 minute drive. Gaydon a 20 minute drive. Oxford centre 20 minutes train trip from the station.
