Top Floor to rent in Victorian townhouse

I have an extremely well presented, three storey town house. You will be renting both upstairs rooms, one as a bedroom and one as a living space. The bedroom has a single bed, draws and hanging space, the other room has a television, table and chairs, medium fridge with small freezer space, kettle and toaster and microwave, that is also an oven and grill.

All bedding and towels are provided.

I have a good sized bathroom, with a large bath and separate shower.

I also have a well appointed kitchen. With a dishwasher and washing machine, that of course are included in the rent.

I have a large garden, that does have furniture outside, that can be used.

I don't have a preference on gender, but I am looking for a professional person, sorry, no couples.

£550 per calendar month - which equates to £126 per week.

I am happy to take people on a short let, which will be charged at £150 per week. But will still require a two week deposit of £300

10 minutes from Banbury town centre and railway station. 5 mins from the M40 jct 11.
