It's a 1 bed flat with additional study/boxroom/dressing room/spare single bedroom in a grade II listed building just next to the town centre. It has a kitchen with washing machine, its own living room and large bathroom with bath and elec shower. Plenty of space for the money.

My current tenant is moving to Birmingham for a new job and moves out on June 1st, we will repaint and then it should be available from mid June. It's walking distance to the railway station and from there it's 20 mins to Oxford or 1h by fast train to Marylebone.

As landlord I live upstairs (with young family) but you've got the place to yourself! I'm looking for someone or a couple who will look after it and call it home. Water is paid for - comes off my supply, and there's some free gas heating in the bedroom and spare room which runs off my system. You'll need to cover electricity (it has its own supply) and council tax (Band A), 25% discount from them for single occupancy although most tenants I've had have been couples.
