Double room to rent. 10 minutes from the town centre and 5 minutes from the local shops and pubs. Close to Bicester village and the new Tesco. Broadband and laundry done (everything included in rent ). The room comes supplied with a wardrobe, double bed and small flat screen television. I am looking for someone who will respect my house. Don't mind if they are smoker as long as they smoke in the garden. I am very laid back but I will expect them to clean up after themselves. Due to shift work I may not always answer so please leave a voice mail or email me.
I will consider Monday to Friday lets for £85.00 but with the same deposit as shown in the advert.
