I have a double bedroom to rent in a two bedroom terraced house in Bicester. My previous house mate has lived here for two years but has now purchased a house of her own and has just moved out.
Any potential house mate must be a dog lover as I have a 10 year old Cavalier King Charles spaniel. She is generally well behaved and no trouble!
I am a very laid back person and would like someone similarly minded.
I have no preference on age, gender etc as long as we get on. The kitchen, living room and bathroom will be shared between the two of us.
There is plenty of parking outside and the house has a front and back garden. The rent includes all bills, including broadband and sky tv.
