It is time for my current lodger to move on, so I have a double room available at the end of the month. (He has promised to give me a good reference if required by a prospective replacement).

I am a happy, friendly, easy going, busy professional, with a chocolate allergy – If I see chocolate I get an uncontrollable urge to eat it.
