A spacious double room to rent £450 PCM

I'm a live in Landlord and I have a double room to rent for £450 PCM with bills included, it's fully furnished with a double wardrobe, double bed. We have sky and broadband (included in the price) in the house, cupboard to yourself in the kitchen.

The communal areas are the kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer ect) living room and garden and you will be sharing a family sized bathroom with 1 other female. We are a 10 minute walk to Bicester North train station and at 20 minute walk to Bicester Village so perfect if you work there, you can also get the free bus from the train station to the village!

We are all welcoming and friendly, we have a great atmosphere where people are easy talk to. I have two dogs but they're excellent, well under control and good with new people.
