Idyllic Luxury Country Living!

We are renting out one large double room in our recently rennovated, beautiful house out in the country.

The House:
The house is located in a small village, 5 minutes from Bicester which provides all the amenities you could ever need, plus the train into London Marylebone (55mins)- and soon the new line to paddington. In the other direction, we are 7 mins from Islip providing easy access to the A34 and Oxford.

The house is bright and airy, with large kitchen featuring range cooker, belfast sink and double fridge freezer- all of which you would have access to. There is plenty of storage so you would have your own cupboards etc. We currently have a sofa and dining table in the kitchen too.

Also downstairs is a huge living room; this has a log burner, wooden floors, a large TV and a huge leather corner sofa. We have apple TV & BT Vision as well as Playstation and Bose Soundsystem.

Upstairs, the room to rent is at one end of the house, and our room is at the other meaning you have total privacy. The room is large (photos dont do it justice!), bright, double aspect with large fitted wardrobes. The windows have lovely roman blinds fitted, and there is an original beam.

Whilst the room isnt en-suite as such, you will have full use of the main Bathroom (our room is en-suite so we barely use the main bathroom). This includes huge shower, high rise victorian toilet and roll-top bath.

We also have a spare room which you could have friends to stay occasionally, and a large private garden with apple trees for the summer BBQs! The utility room contains a washing machine and tumble dryer, and the rent would include all bills (including broadband and BT TV)and proportion of a weekly cleaner.

About US:
We are a young married couple, working in property and marketing and enjoy the countryside and the finer things in life including log fires, food, wine and walks in the country. We have a little sausage dog and a cat living with us, and a horse who is just down the road... you should be happy with pets!

We are looking for an indiviual/couple who we feel we can really get on with, and who is willing to be friends, as well as respecting each others need for personal space every now and then! You should be relatively tidy, friendly and outgoing. Enjoying the odd glass of wine would be another benefit!!

(We would prefer a single, but if there is the perfect couple out there, rent will increase by £100 pcm)
