Large room,newly refurbished, great transport link

Room will be repainted before moving in, looks out onto trees/field area and has wooden floors, a double mirrored wardrobe and furnished with a bed and small bedside table. There is a tv plug also for if you want a tv in the room.
Bathroom has been newly refurbished with underfloor heating and hallway newly painted and has new carpet.
Front room/dining room has been recently decorated and has wooden floors with dining table and L shaped sofa with sky TV.
Garden is medium size and I have a mini allotment...so you may be lucky and get some seasonal veg!
I'd like someone who loves dogs...that's essential as they must be treated well... .a professional person that is mature (gone are the days of out on the razz every night!) and clean (by that I mean someone who cleans their mess up...helps out with cleaning communal aares).
Non smoker and professional person only, really sorry but no HB claimants or unemployed people, just purely for the stability of someone being in employment.. hb can vary and be delayed so that's why I can't agree to someone in receipt of it/other benefits.
Basically a normal person who doesn't think it's a hotel or their parents house! ) and just someone I can get along with generally.
Bit about me...I have 2 dogs, go to agility with one of them, go to the gym and started fencing (as in swords!) and have been known to make some good meals! I'm friendly but understand the need for space as well when sharing ....i don't ask for a lot ..and try to be as amenable as possible as I know it's hard on both sides when moving into a new home...It is my house and I've spent a lot of money on making it a home and I'd like someone who understands that and respects that
