House is a three bed house with good sized living/dining room, kitchen with dishwasher, utility with washing machine, conservatory( used as a gym), downstairs toilet. Recently had work done, including a new kitchen.

I include water, gas/electric, council tax and broadband in the rent

I have a small dog (shihtzu x bichon) who is very friendly, she doesn't malt so no dog hair everywhere!
