Room is situated in quiet village near Bicester in lovely cottage.
I'm single mum with 5y old twins living on my own.
Room has single day bed which is easy to convert into double. chest of drawers, desk and small wardrobe. TV might be possible in near future.
I'm out with my children through out the week mostly coming home in the late afternoons, evenings.
I would prefer female tenant. vehicle is necessary or at least bicycle as Bicester town is 7 min away driving distance.
We have spacious garden and a bike shelter.
The village is very safe and mostly quiet.
