Lovely light spacious room in private home

Spacious, bright and sunny furnished double room available for single occupancy in private home.

The house is my home, so lodgers share bathroom and kitchen with me and can use the rest of the house and garden. There is cupboard, fridge and freezer space, and my lodger uses my crockery and kitchen equipment, as well as all the normal white goods. I have broadband and wifi. The house has been extensively refurbished over the summer. The room is newly-decorated with a brand new carpet and bed. A second, single room is also available.

This will be my tenth year of having people live in my home, two of whom have stayed for 3 years. I am easy-going, considerate and keen to make sure lodgers feel at home and welcome. I have a cat and a large garden. I travel regularly for work, and appreciate it if lodgers are willing to catsit on occasion!

The house is within easy walking distance of the local shopping precinct as well as bus stops with frequent buses into the centre of Oxford (about 10 minutes' ride). The station is about 1. 5 miles away, again on a good bus route. There is parking in the street outside the house.
