We are looking for a young female professional to share our house, on a quiet street just off Botley Road, Oxford.

Current house mates are: Josie, 26, Nurse, and Tom, 24, Engineer. We have both lived here for a year as our two other housemates our leaving we need to rent their rooms out, one room is already let so we are looking for a female to rent the last room and keep the balance of the house. (2 guys and 2 girls)

We are a friendly house who like to socialise together.

Sizeable, sunny garden. Washing machine & tumble dryer. Fully furnished.

Live out Landlady.

No parking, as both residents permits are taken, but it's a 5 min walk to the train station and 10 mins to the city centre. (You'd be able to get 25 free day visitors permits)

Available from 21th August 2014.

Rent is £360 per month including council tax and water bills. Gas and Electricity bills are likely to be around £35 per month. £8. 50 per month for Virgin broadband/phone. One months rent deposit.
